It's a Gerard sighting! Yes, in order to stay as pleasantly plump as possible (PPP) one must lie on the couch all day and not make a sound or a movement, especially a movement. Eat a lot, and without a movement, that's the ticket. Hey do you use a circle guide to get the perfect Gerard shape?
