BTW, I can't agree with you on paper and ink issue.... it looks good in the complete darkness, but if you can compare it side by side with good one, that it is quite obvious... my experience.
Hahaha! That is seriously ewwww. I imagine your glee as you thought it up, then carefully added those flecks of orange to the yellow, like a splatter painting. Please tell Gerard this is no way to weight loss, if that is part of his aim. Speaking of which, his aim needs work. :D
In terms of movement, and progression of the upchuck action this is handled VERY well. I like the thought put into the pacing of the barf: speckles on the left to the splatter on the right. I see a lot of people missing this kind of detail. takes some artistic talent.
...but the real talent is Gerard, who while in pirouette still manages to rather neatly land his vomit in the tidy little bucket there. all I can say is ..wow.
And YOUR talent, Rod, is effectively rendering vomit in motion! Wow! I instantly felt both dizzy & sick! Isn't that what art is supposed to do? Make the viewer feel something? ;) LOVE it!!!!!!
This one made me laugh out loud as soon as I opened your blog and before I enlarged it. So funny that I even took the time to spell out 'laugh out loud'. There, I did it again.
This would make a cool GIF. Or maybe it would be too nauseating to watch.
Good one, Rodney! Can I call you that? I feel we are friends.
Thanks Edward. A GIF would be hard to do well..I may try one day.I don't mind the name Rodney at all.My Mum would be disappointed as she gave me Roderick....we are friends!
Eeeeewwww. Hahahahaha! I think every kid has been through this. Perhaps Gerard is just young at heart. :)
ReplyDeleteNot me...that's why I draw it...
