As some of you may know all ready, I love guitars and have spent a lot of my life trying to learn how to play them. To try and help my quest I go to a site called
Guitar Master Class. The place is full of amazing guitar instructors (some of the World's Best) and people trying to get better like me....no kidding, if I had a place like this to learn 23 years ago, I'd have been playing
like Jimi Hendrix a lot better by now. Some of the students, are guitar teachers who teach real (non virtual) students from their own studios...anyone can improve, on anything...learning never stops.
Patrik Berg from Australia is one of those teachers, with 70 students a week, who also studies guitar at GMC. Last week, Patrik, who claimed to be drunk at the time, offered to make GMC'ers their very own personal musical 'Jingle' via the forums there. I was very quick off the mark and told Patrik that if he made me a 'Jingle', I would draw him something. My GMC member name is 'Headbanger' and he wrote this piece of music dedicated to me called
' Headbangers Unite'. Thanks Patrik, I love it!!
My drawing for him (above) is based on his forum signature quote : "When your fingers bleed, you're getting somewhere." ... Hahaha...somehow, I feel sorry for his students!!
